Foundation team
Three-organ governance as required by foundation law, plus day-to-day staff and four work divisions.
Foundation organs
Board of Trustees
Holds the highest authority: amending the Articles of Association, appointing the Management Board and Supervisors, approving work programs, annual budgets, and annual reports.
Management Board
Fully responsible for management and representing the Foundation in and out of court. At minimum a Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Supervisors
Oversee and advise the Management Board; authorized to examine documents and enter land, warehouses, and processing facilities.
Management and staff
Brief background in one or two sentences.
Responsible for general management and development of the Sirkula platform.
Administrative and secretarial order for the Foundation.
Financial management and reporting to the Management Board.
Document, facility, and operational compliance checks.
Day-to-day operations, overseeing four work divisions.
Work divisions
Field Operations
Collection, land and warehouse, machinery, sorting, fleet, sales, Waste Bank Unit mentoring, and OHS and environmental compliance.
Technology & Platform
Resident, operator, and collector apps; partner dashboard; data verification; user data security and confidentiality.
Partnerships, Legal & Fundraising
Relations with government, corporations, donors, and impact investors; waste credits; ESG reporting; licensing and contracts.
Finance & Administration
Bookkeeping, financial controls, procurement, HR, and secretariat.
